IMAGIN?ES by Olivier Kuntzel and Florence Deygas, designers artists ? the origin of the film ??Catch g?n?rique me if you can?? in 2002, MiCha lamps were ?t? pens?es and the ??lampes of compagnie??. A mi Road between lamp and chat, these hybrid cr?atures are an exception, f?lins ? pr?sence singuli?re and unusual lighting. With these cr?atures mi-lampe, mi-chat, Kuntzel and Deygas renew the concept of fixture and extend their narrative cr?ation d?marche.
The manufacture of lamps MiCha rel?ve craft of luxury, and n?cessite 30 pi?ces r?alis?es on measurement and assembl?es ? hand in ten op?rations. The lamp is fabriqu?e in France by sp?cialis?s artisans who have accompagn? the cr?ateurs in the implementation of the project. A sheet of steel d?coup?e laser is pli?e to the id?e of the movement and then covered with a matte painting ultra r?sistante, black ?voquant the shade of a silhouette. The stylis?e t?te is signifi?e by a cauldron of aluminium, in the centre of which a contre-vasque prot?ge the halog?ne (35 W) lamp which appears the snout. For springs draw the whiskers, and t?te articul?e allows to direct the eyes of the lamp. The long tr?s power c?ble provides a ?l?gant tomb? and recalls the tail of the animal by extending the arr?te of the back of the f?lin. ? the diffus?e lumi?re is a lumi?re of atmosph?re, sophistiqu?e and myst?rieuse. MiCha is dot?e of a dimmer that allows to modulate in the intensit?.
This lamp ??MiCha assis?? has ?t? pens? by Kuntzel and Deygas as ??un watch companion ? the friendly magic pr?sence in a hi?ratique?? posture. The MiCha collection includes 3 other mod?les?: MiCha round back, MiCha in motion and MiCha Baby sitting patapouf.
